We understand plans change, but to stay on schedule and protects both your time and ours, we have a strict cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not cancel within that time frame for your first time, you will be required to give a non-refundable 50% deposit for your future appointments which will be deducted as part of your service.
Traffic is unpredictable. Please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you, but we are only able to hold appointments for 10 minutes past your scheduled time.
Unfortunately, we don’t provide parking space. But there are meter parking spots along the street, and there is one parking lot behind the store along the Babcock Street and another parking lot facing our store which is behind the Japanese supermarket Maruichi. Make sure to read the signs.
We offer a 7-day guarantee on our gel services! If for some external reason, your gel mani chips within 7 days of your service, we are happy to provide a complimentary gel fix to the affected nails. The gel color must be the same as the color you received during your original service.
Walk-ins are always welcome. However, we cannot guarantee availability. We recommend making an appointment.
We do not charge for old gel removal when you get a new similar gel service. If you switch to regular polish, we will charge $10. However, if the gel manicure is done in other stores, we will charge $10 for gel removal and $25 for structure gel/ extensions/ dipping powders/ acrylic/ designs. Please let us know at the time of booking if you need removal so we can plan ahead.
